My kids love scrambled eggs as an after school snack occasionally. I like them after a workout (healthy option of course) This is an anytime meal. All of my meals are. There is no such thing as an only breakfast meal. :-)
Turkey eggs, duck eggs and hen eggs
I will show you how to make the most perfect scrambled eggs on the planet. They turn out every time I cook them. They are quick, easy to prepare and best of all, there are hardly any dishes to clean up. :-)
Ingredients:
2 Turkey eggs (Alternatively use 3 hen eggs, 3 duck eggs or for healthy option use 3-4 egg whites.)
1 tsp coconut oil or nut butter of your choice
1 tbl coconut cream cheese
Salt and Pepper to taste
Method:
Place the eggs into a frying pan add coconut oil.
Mix to combine.
Place the pan over a gentle heat and mix continuously until the eggs are half cooked.
Take the pan off the heat. Add the coconut cream cheese and salt n pepper, mix until well until combined.
Sometimes it is needed to return the pan to the heat for a few seconds to finish the eggs cooking, however usually there is enough residual heat in the pan to finish the eggs cooking without using any extra energy.
Remove your eggs from the pan immediately once finished as the pan will obviously continue to cook your eggs.
Nobody likes overcooked dry eggs!
You will have beautifully moist and wonderfully soft eggs.
The perfect scrambled eggs!
Enjoy!!!
Serving size: feeds one adult or two kids.
Serving suggestions: Crispy bacon, sliced avacardo, sprouts, roast veggies the skys the limit.
