Exercise

It has been extremely elusive from my life for many, many years. Then since having to change my diet so drastically, the weight has been dropping off. In two months I have lost 12 kilos. That is without exercise.

I wanted to start helping it along, dropping the adipose, oh I mean weight. (Dr who fans will understand the reference.) :-)

I helped my in-laws set up their home gym the other day as they have had equipment for the entire time I have known them and it was just collecting dust. I get to use it when I can.


I could not believe how unfit I have become. I have started exercising, not to loose weight but to feel better. I figure I can get stronger on this equipment and start building up some strength to get to my ultimate goal. Calisthenics. 

My goal, to be able to do these moves. To be strong again.

My motivation is my family, I want to be strong for myself and for my family!
